Dreams come true!

I just finished watching the final night of Design Star on HGTV. A hairdresser from New York by the name of Kim....won her own television show. She has no formal education in design....but a passion and the capability to follow her dream! So if you have a dream, and you believe in yourself....and work very hard at your passion...dreams can come true! I hope all of you at one point in your lives.....have a very special dream come true for you!

I was so glad she won! I was hoping Todd's looks wouldn't score too much with the female fan base, because Kim's last design ran all over Todd's. I can't imagine having no formal training, but still having enough talent to beat out other people more well versed in design. Oh, and did you notice? Sporadically through the series Kim talked about her boyfriend, and last night she called him husband. She's been spending her time wisely. : )

I believe so, today my dream is to be able to build a boxing gym in my hometown to employ and give dignified retirement to boxers who strive to get a new career after Boxing but failed, because Boxing is the only profession they know. It is also my vision to build that gym as a molding ground of younger boxers to do better than those before them. Thanks for sharing about dreams
