Does anyone know what is happening on Passion?

Since Passions has been switched to Direct TV I have not been able to watch it because I do not have direct tv. Passion is now on Direct tv channel 101. But I wonder what is happening on the show. Well here is what I read on a spoiler site: Where did the baby come from? Gwen explained that when she left Harmony she was in her second trimester. She didn't know until she had a check up. She decided to wait until the divorce to tell him because she didn't want him to think she was using the baby to hold onto to him. Ethan realizes his new son and Little Ethan do look alike, especially when Little Ethan was younger. He comments they could almost be brothers . . . Theresa tells him that they are brothers! Fox is shot by an unknown person and dies, in spite of Esme and Julian trying to save him. Fox's family is devastated to learn of Fox's death. Later, Sam talks to Ivy about giving things another shot! Fancy continues to react to the chip Alistair put in her head, worrying Luis and making him think she's having seizers. Pretty tells her Grandfather to stop as he is killing her. Luis wants to take her to the hospital and decides to call them. However, Alistair finally gets control of Fancy! Fancy beings to have odd fits of anger and she slaps Luis. Eve resorts to more alcohol and pills as her family has all but left her and Vincent is dead, so she thinks. She later gets strange calls from Vincent, who is spying on mommy dearest
