I can't puchase TSO tickets yet!!!

About a month ago both me and my sister got an e-mail from the Trans-Siberian Orchestra fan club that the presale tickets for their concert this season will be going on sale September 6th I think it was. Well, we went online that day to the presale site to get our tickets and they were all sold out!!! I can find some tickets on other sites but they're around $100 a peice!!! When I go to ticketmaster to try to get them, they don't even show TSO coming to my area. The arena they're playing at - according to the TSO site - doesn't even have anything listed for that day. I want to get my tickets early so we can get decent seats, but i'm not spending double the price of a ticket for them. Hopefully they'll go on sale soon so I can buy mine! Does anyone know how far in advance concert tickets go on sale? I don't do that many concerts so I really don't know. The concert is mid-December so maybe it's just too early???
