Advertising, Building a Multi Million $ website

I have an Idea for what could be a Multi Million $ Website. It will require advertising expertise. How can I get my idea to the right person for review to get it launched without it being stollen out from under me?

First thing to do is register the domain name. Copyright the content, then look for an agency to promote it.
