What do you record in your DVR or Tivo?

I have a DVR from my cable company and in my opinion it is one of the best inventions ever. It is so convenient and much easier to use than the "old-fashioned" blank tapes ;). What do you record on your DVR on a regular basis? Or if you don't have a DVR, do you record stuff on regular tapes? For me I have series recordings for several shows.
Here is what is in my DVR right now: At the Movies with Ebert & Roeper, 20/20, Duggars' Big Family Album, Jeopardy!, Oprah, Dr. Phil, Power of 10, Wife Swap, Inside the Living Body, i-Caught, Fat March, and Dateline NBC.

Baseball games if I'm at work and have to miss it, Dr. Phil, the Tyra Show, House, Law & Order any of them, and then it depends on what day it is because there are certain shows I watch on certain days, but the new season hasn't started yet and I just got my dvr like a month ago.

Cool. We've had DVR for about a year and a half and I love it. It's one of my favorite inventions I think, lol.

Once you have a DVR it's hard to live without. I'll find myself at friends houses saying "hey rewind that" and they won't be able to. I figure within a few years DVRs and digital cable will be more affordable and popular.

I don't record stuff. I try to avoid watching tv altogether.

Good point. I wish I could do the same. Although I have found that now that I have a DVR, I watch TV less in general.
