4 way teleconferencing on the Internet

Have you encountered the new technology where you can send video emails, create video blogs and have a conference with at most 4 people via teleconference, where you can see and discuss with each other at the same time? Its cool. What do you think about it, will you want to have that kind of service? please share what you think, thanks.

Oh is this technology up and running already or is this a futuristic thing, it sounds great, I have friends in a band and this would be great for them, I think it sounds wonderful, I am going to keep my eyes open for this...thanks.
