I wanted to share this picture with you mylotters. Im really proud of it since Iw as the one who took it and I am really a first timer.
I took this picture last June 25, 2007 when we went water rafting with our friends and a visitor from the United States. This girl named Marina is such a girl with great energy, fun loving and adventure lover. On that day when we were about to reach our final rapid we have to go through this graduation rites where we were made to jump from a stone, a big big stone found in the middle of the river.
I got scraed so I volunteered to take the jumping pictures for them, so I have a very good alibi for not jumping from that really high and big stone coz i was not really ready for it.
This is the picture that I am really proud of. I love photography and I want to try and experiment my hand with it.
I hope you can rate this photo. Id love to hear great comments from you guys.! I am also open for corrections so that I can improve my skill in photography.

Thank you for the compliment, I am trying to make it a hobby but the problem is that I have no digital camera, i m just enjyoing the cellphone camera.

I looked at your picture, and I am really impressed with it. It was a picture of someone in motion, but you do not have it all blurry. What I think is a particularly nice touch is the white cloud behind the figure, framing it in a way. I do not know if you did that on purpose or not, but it is an excellent part of the shot.

Thank you for the compliment, I also have another icture of clouds and I was taking it while I was sleeping on my tent on a camping last april and it was great.
I will post it today for mylotters to rate and judge.

I love taking pictures but the problem is that my digital camera just stop working so I will have to settle taking pictures with my 2 megapixel cellphone camera.

Wow, this is truly amzing! Did you use a camera in which you can adjust the shutter speed and focus? Otherwise, it's very difficult to get a picture framed like this when the object is moving in high speed. I wish I could give you some suggestions, but can't think of any. It's simply perfect, I feel.

Thank you for the compliment, there was no trick made while taking this picture. I just pushed the button when marina was about to jump, so i got the perfect picture.

That's a great picture. You really caught her in the midst of the moment. I bet she really liked the picture when you showed it to her. It would be cool to actually be able to see ourselves right in the middle of a 'flying' moment. : )

I love to take photos as well and I have taken many photos. Whenever I travel to somewhere, I would bring with me my digital camera for taking photos as a memory.
I am happy that you had such a wonderful experience of water rafting together with your American friend for adventure. It must be an experience that you will never forget. I would like to enjoy the photo you take to get some fun from your water rafting.

Wow, I really hope I can hae something in store for me when its comes to photography. I know its an expensive hobby but I will try to be innovative.
