are you scared when you are at home alone?

Strangely but i don't really feel scared at all alone.I can remain alone in a dark night all alone.I remember once electricity went off & my parents were away & i was small alos but strangely i didn't felt scared.It is strange my Husband also feels the same.He feels scared in dark but i don't

I'm not scared to stay home alone. It is awfully quite when my husband isn't around but I use that time to get things done and to have some extra me time. I like to be alone sometimes. I don't really like having to spend the night in the house alone, but I think that's just because I'm use to having my husband here and not that I'm scared.

I got this kind of feeling that is weird and sounds like crazy... i feel someone is looking at me and for that i will not close light in any place at home, i mean all lights on..until somebody come and be with me...

I was 26 years old before I ever slept at home alone. At the time, I was living with my boyfriend and he was out of town. Then in 1997, I got my own apartment and lived alone for a year. So, it does not bother me anymore.

I am not scared of it at all. In the past when I was single, I got used to live alone and I found myself was very independent. I feel free when I am alone. The bad side is just when you are sad, it is very suffering because nobody can comfort you.

Where I live im generally left alone most of the time so I have gotten used to being alone, when I was a lot younger and watched movies I was probably way too young to watch I would sometimes get scared walking around the house at night but thats about all. If you are always around people I suppose the silence of being alone makes your mind wander where as if you're more solitary you get used to it.

hello, angela. I am scared too when I am at home alone at night. It is good at daytime. I am a person who gallies oneself. I never watched dracula movie becaue once I see a scene it will jump to my mind the moment I am alone. It scares me! I still remeber a horrific scene which I watched about 15 years ago! Maybe it is not horrific at all for the fans of dracula movie, but it really makes me frightened. At the age of 6 or 7, I was separated to sleep alone, namely, I got a big bedroom only for myself. I did not like it at all then because I was scared. I remeber the first night I slept in my own bedroom. It was a hot summer night, but I buried myself in a thick quilt so as to make myself feel safe. And, the more interesting is that there was a sweater of my grandmother in the bedroom, as if this is the only familiar thing for me, so I enclasped it to calm myself. So I buried myself in the thick quilt enclasping my grandmother's sweater all the night,remeber,a summer night! How funny!
