Ever wonder why foreigners here in Philippines like to have sun bathing? I am from Philippines and just wondering why most Western and European countries would like to have a skin tanning? And it is very different from here in Philippines that most girls here would like their skin to be white. Can you explain to us why skin tanning is a big hit in europe and western countries?
