coolsat 5000 HELP-HELP

I'm widowed and know nothing about satellite receivers..I've moved and have no one to re-install my coolsat, so I'm trying to do it myself..I need to know how to set up my receiver manually without computer downloads, (too complicated). I've gotten as far as signal and level(?) being in the green at 94% but still get no picture. I'm thinking I did something wrong with the receiver. Trying for 4 weeks now. Please can someone help me...Thanks, Frustrated in Illinois

what birds are you on? 110, 119,91 82. Need to know when the last time and the bin number of your coolsat is.
