More friends responding?

Hi, I have saw that people have said their discussions have got deleated. aI myself dont think any of mine were . I am still new to this so i dont have a whole lots of responses. I am not sure yet what gets people to answer . Is it if you have more friends on here Or does it depend on what you talk about? Or is it both??

I have not really started any since as I am not wasting my time anymore it has happened to me to often now so I will only spend a couple of hours on here now just to respond to my Friends as I will never let them down I am glad though that it has worked out great for you Grandpa Bob as you really do good Discussions even if I do not respond to all I do read them Hope your Dad is still doing well Hugs

I have been away for nearly all of the past two weeks, ecept for four days in between. So I was not on My Lot when the rash of deletions was occuring, except for a day or twop. As I have only started one or two disacussions in all this time, I can't say I have noticed any difference. I still get friendship requests almost every day, & some of these people I have not responded to yet which I feel guilty about.

Hello Grandpa Bob, It's indeed true that I am now more cautious when it comes to starting discussions. Nowadays, I avoid starting discussions in 'make extra money'. There are many people there who are always playing with the rule and are posting their referral links. To avoid discussions being deleted, i avoid starting discussions there. I only start a discussion when I think of a very good topic and I know that surely no one would put their referral links in my discussion. I spend more time posting responses than starting discussions. Have a great weekend! =D

I think I should appreciate you for your unerring statement there. Maybe they just like to make responding now rather than posting new discussion. But it won't take long for this issue, once they get used to abide with the discussion guideline there will be more new discussions from seniors here. I think!!!!. Thanks Grandpa Bob.

It's nice to know that people tend to go back again and do what they mostly ignored doing, I'm glad that you're glad GrandPa!;) I don't want to repeat it again, so I hope that you know the reason why!;) Although we all experience deleted posts, suffered by getting lower ratings and stars changing, I believe that you're one of the active and also credible contributor here. Most members would prefer to discuss light topics, for a change and posts that are more into seeking positive views than those posts which are meant to create "negative" reactions..

I haven't been active here, that's why I rarely respond to my friends' topics and I don't even know when was the last time many discussions were deleted. there is no difference about friends' responses, mostly it's the same people who responded to my topics and I started about 2 last week

what i have noticed is that now few friends of mine are replying to my discussions!LOL there are actually some new participants in my discussions. recently i was busy with my life together with lots of internet problems so i wasn't very active on discussions of my friends but now as there's plenty of time in my hand i have noticed for myself that i am again active in my friends' discussions plus have started couples of my own too!;)well i have always been more of a responder on mylot so whenever i say i am active it means i am participating more and more in others' discussions and there's none deletion i have experienced yet. i guess because i already start so few discussions!heheh

I haven't really noticed that but all summer I'm afraid I haven't been on mylot much at all. I've posted 2 discussions since I've been trying to be more active again - one got a nice share of responses and the other next to nothing. I'm just plugging away responding to my friends discussions for now and not worrying about any of the 'mess'.

Since I seldom start discussions anyways, nothings changed here by way of responding.

i dunno..i haven't been starting discussions lately..i had been busy at work and could not manage to stay up still and do my mylot coz i work on night shift..well if thats the case then deleting of messages has its good effect on you..sometimes i wonder maybe their trying to come up with more sensible discussions and delete the other that they thought are ordinary..so many discussions competing its so hard to respond on all discussions..i find myself choosing those i can relate with..

hi grandpa bob. I had a discussion deleted for the first time since I started here 3 months ago. I don't know why it got deleted but fortunately, it got deleted immmediately a few minutes after I've posted it. And only one got to respond to it. At least, only one response was wasted. Because of that, I'm more cautious in posting a discussion. That's why I'm more into uploading pictures and surfing for quality discussions to respond to. When I can't seem to find any discussion that I like, I resort to digging up my friends old discussions. And to be honest, I found some of them very interesting.

Basically, I respond more when I have a few more hours of uncommitted time. Some weeks I spend just rushing through life, no time to do more than a superficial read of discussions. I find that since so many of my friends had discussions deleted, I have posted more discussions. Not sure why, except for the one where I tried to give them all a heads up on my guesses about the deletions. I am glad that your friends are getting back to you better now. I hope it all stays good.

I am not sure sweety cos I haven't really been posting! Not cos of the deletions just because I know I wouldn't really be able to reply to anyone who responded for a while as my concentration is so bad! Having said that I am catching up now with a lot of the discussions I have missed so I will hopefully start posting again soon. Glad that you are getting more responses - you deserve it! xxx

Eversince I joined, I only make one new discussion and marks one best response daily. The rest of my time is spend in answering discussions my friends here started and those that caught my attention. And I also make it sure to posts only discussions with quality so I limit it to one per day. I wanna help in maintaining the quality of this site.
