I have 3 grown children 2 married that are constantly in money trouble. They do not handle their money right. When they have money they blow it all. Then when they need it they do not have it.I am on a limited income. I have learned not to spend unless you have to,so I keep extra money. They come to me wanting to know how much money I have and if they can borrow it.Should I continue to give in to them? Sometimes it leaves me broke.

It is easyer to teach kids when they are young to save money, but when they get older its much harder to do. When they come asking for handout it hard to say no to them. But think of it this way saying no when they ask may help them more then if you give them the money to pay that bill they are over dow on. Next time they will be sure not to spend they money and save it for the bills. Because now they know you may not be there to get them out of trouble.
