will my friendeven I tried to start such a discussion of the people can come and posted here with designing and development problems but due to some reason people did not respond that much I expected this site has a lot of visitors from different section of the world and so I think it would be a very good idea to start such a post but for that we need some response to the discretion although I'll have not got that much respond to my discretion I hope you will get that most problems and let me see if I can give you some solutions are not.

I have a blog which streamlines cartoons for kids and adults. I started the blog so that my kids can go online and watch the cartoons that they like or that I like but all that I have approved. The site is called http://cartoon4umaniacs.blogspot.com/. I wish to add cartoon pictures as it's background and also add a game to my blog. When I try to add them to the template it won't let me. Can you give me some suggestions?
