Charlie chaplin is the best of all comedians. Besides actors some politicians are also in the list. One of them is our great Railway minister 'LALOO PRASAD YADAV'. Other is 'George Bush Jr'.

according to me it's Charlie Chaplin. But bollywood has produced famous comedians like Kishore Kumar, Mehmood, Johnny walker, Johnny lever.
