I noticed that Mylot now asks us to preview our postings..before submitting..dont you think it would be nice if we had the option to submit without previewing?

I think they need to have both features available for people who like having both options available. It does seem like it takes more time now.

I agree..that is what I meant..That side by side the preview button and the submit button should be.. It is taking so much more time to post..

I think the point of this is so that people have a chance to edit their comments. I've caught some annoying typos using that function, although not all of them. It would be nice if you could edit what you had already posted.

For those who want it yes.. But why impose this on the others who prefer the simplicity of the other board.. I think it slows things down.. You have a backspace button that if you push it will back up and let you correct the typos!! I can see without pressing preview..my whole comment..can't you??

I think this was made because lots of us or english people were complaining about other people's grammar etc. It gives us the chance to review and correct any mistakes.

Well I don't think forums or message boards are an English grammar school..We have people here from various countries..If someone has to worry about crossing t's or dotting i's etc..that makes the chat or posting burdensome.. Perhaps having the option to submit should be offered.. right beside the preview button.. Not everyone here has a hangup about grammar and for those who do..they can go to the discussions they can choose a different discussion:)+

Yes it would have been nice if they had a submit button right next to the preview button, however I have found myself making use of the preview button because I read my answer again and correct any mistakes.

I would like having the submit button next to the preview button. I don't need to preview what I've written.

I thinnk it would be better. I don't like previewing my post. I know that it's what I want before hand.

I just think that the idea of preview is great..but I think we should have the option not to preview if we don't want to..

I think Mylot means well..they don't realize things are much slower and harder..although some things have improved;)+

I kinda like it this way. I get to make sure there's no mistakes before I submit my posts.

Even with a preview I seem to make mistakes..I don't think forums or messengers are suppose to be schools for grammar..unless someone wants to start a grammar school...

I totally agree. Most of the time, I hit preview and I get booted from the discussion altogether! If myLot is concerned with spelling, a spell checker might be more effective.

It would suit some I guess. Personally I like to check if there any type errors before I submit!

Yes, it would be so much easier. Sometimes I get stuck after the preview page and I don't know if my post has gone through or not...and most of the time I would have typed out a pretty lengthy post which I wouldn't want to retype again.

Yes, it would be alot better. ... I keep getting stuck on the preview page and hit refresh and refresh and refresh then it submits my posts 3-4 times in a row, or I loose all I just typed in some stupid error.. It's frustrating. I want to be doing other thigns at the same time as using My Lot especially with my slow dial up... I hope they come up with something so for us slow dial up users it does not keep getting trapped in pages, or that we do nto respond to like 50 posts before this error shows up and we realsied that nothing we had just responded to was recorded anywhere :( .. It would be very beneficial for them to put a edit button on stuff we replied to and even a delete button, if we delete it then we lose a cent... or whatever we would have earned or gained... It only makes sense...
