I once read that there are more suicides, murders, crimes, accidents, etc during the 2 time changes of the year! I hate it..It takes me weeks to get back to normal.. It makes me feel a bit off! What are your thoughts?

I wish they would not be messing with the time, myself. I do feel off, and exceptionally tired, even though I gained an hour, supposedly. The fall change is much better, and easier on children than the spring change. I just want to sleep and sleep today. Even in spite of the things that I need to get done. I would like to see figures supporting this, and I would like to chain the lawmakers to children for two weeks and to nursing home residents, as well. Both of those groups have a very hard time with the changes.

I'm semi-retired now so, in essence, it shouldn't affect me. When I was working it was a real grind trying to adjust to the changes while going to work... being so tired for the first few weeks. My work timetable was all over the place and hard to cope with normally. my whole system feels very out of whack, I feel unwell and cannot find my equilibrium. I hope it comes in soon.

Yes...your body gets used to your schedule, and then we change things and it justs messes up everything. The clock may say one thing, but our bodies know the difference. It takes me awhile to get used to it also.

It is silly and I wish we would phase this out. All it does is make people feel out of sorts. The "real" purpose of this clock changing madness is to prolong sunlight periods in the summer during a person's normal waking hours. In theory, if it is daylight during our normal waking hours then we will not turn on any lights and use less electricity. Its supposed to be an energy conservation thing, don't know if it is worth all the trouble, though.

I also not agreed on this, these have to do with the way the government run the country. If they promote effective programs to avoid and protect their people these problems can will not be permitted to happen.

I hate the time change thing. It does screw you up. I do believe it is like the full moon--makes everyone crazy. I still don't understand the purpose of it. I change the batteries in the smoke detectors and change the clocks and go on...
