Editing my HomePage!

After about 8 months I decided I needed to update my homepage for My Lot. After all this time the format & procedures have changed.
I can't figure it out. I was goiung to start by editing my photos. I looked at FAQ for help, & this is what it says:
"Yes, you can change what is shown in each sortie to the content that you would prefer to be displayed on your homepage.
To change these options, place your mouse in the upper right hand corner of each individual sortie.
An "edit" option will be displayed, click on "edit".
A drop-down box will be shown, scroll down and click on the content that you prefer.
Your prefered content will be displayed. You can move each sortie around by dragging each sortie to your desired location on your homepage.
You will also notice in the right lower corner of each sortie a + & - sign are displayed. Click on the - sign if you would like to delete titles, or the + sign to add titles to your topic of interest."
Now, it says after clicking edit, a drop down menu will appear. Well, it doesn't appear on my site, no matter how many times I try. What am I doing wrong, before I need to contact admin?

I am afraid I cannot be much help to you. I had mine set up in a way I thought it was pretty, then myLot upgraded and changed everything around and all the methods, and I gave up. I just wanted to let you know I will be popping back in at least once later on to see who can help us out. I hope I can get it done over the Christmas break.

Yes, the problem seems to have occured since My Lot changed all the settings. I will report back to you if I am sucessful!!

I followed the instructions sacmon gave (with the link provided). I got about half way, then gave up. It is just too confusing. All want to do is delete my photos & add new ones. And I want to get rid of the "My website" too & replace it.

I'm answering from my e-mail so I can't see if you found the solution, but sometimes it confuses me when I try to change mine. It takes me a while to figure it out, and then I get annoyed with myself because I don't remember it the next time I try to change it.
