There are many breed of dogs to choose from that would fit your lifestyle and personality as well. Have you decided yet what breed of dog you would want to take for a walk on the park? We already have a bright-eyed and bushy-tailed Jack Russell Terrier still I would want to have a shih-tzu.

Katkat, I think since you already owned one dog, its alot easier to add another one. Though shih tzus would require daily grooming and maintenace and hair all over your place. While on the other hand, your Jack will be hyper and wont require that much grooming effort on your part. I think tzu would go well with your Jack provided that they get along well. Goodluck in getting your new dog.

I like dogs but I am a cat person myself, dogs are a lot more work, walking, bathing but I know you get a lot of love from them I like little shih-tzu dogs but all dogs are cute. If I did get a dog I would go to an animal shelter and see whivh dog I connected to the most and save a life...

I have a cavalier king charles spaniel and he's just perfect for me, so I'm going to get another in a couple of years. But there are just so many breeds I want that would fit me well, so it's hard to say what I will get after the 2nd cav. It's very possible I'll get a Finnish Lapphund as 3rd though.
