what happens if no one resposnds

Dont you notice that when you start a discussion it doesnt earn a point unless someone respond to it. When no one respond to your discussion you can't give the best response coz there's no one to give to, unless you encourage some friends to respond to your discussions. It is up to you when you want to award the best response, there's no time limit in giving the best response. You can award the best response to whoever have given a detailed response to your discussion and satisfied you with the answer to your querries.

I think one will surely get atleast one reply if your discussion topic is a bit reasonable.ofcourse as you said there can be rare cases where the discussion goes without any responses.i think you must atleast keep a discussion for one month before selecting a best response.but you must also see that your topic doesnt demand time limit in this case.if there is a time limit,for example if the topic is something like will india win worldcup this time?,you see that you resolve the discussion once the world cup is over.if the discussion has only one or two response i think its not better not to chose a best response from this.if you feel you can gain more responses then wait patiently.otherwise you can mail regarding deleting the discussion and they will surely do as you said.

i now i got one discussion with no respond yet and m waiting for reply. I will check for best answer three week after i post my discussion.
