Are you a problem-solver? If not for your company, in your everyday life...do you see problems and immediately start to think of a way to solve them? I find myself doing that a lot, I'm always trying to think of ways to solve problems or make a process/method more efficient. I just wish there was a way to market such a skill! Or maybe even hone it so it can be a career. The closest career position I can think of is efficiency expert.

Turning 40 allowed me enough experience to veer away from problems, try not to exacerbate any and if there was that I unintentionally involved myself in, I would give it my best shot in fixing it. Although we cannot control everything, our mind makes up a good 100% of what part we exist in the equation therefore I believe if I searched transpersonally, across all dimensions of thought and action used in the past, I could be a 'problem-solver'.
What I learned in traditional and transpersonal psychology is see if there really is a problem first before analyzing a way to fix it . . . don't label before addressing the issue in other words

That's a great philosophy to have. Sometimes we do tend to label things (and people!) before assessing the situation properly and in an objective manner. It would do humanity good as a whole to stop labelling things/people before they get a complete and thorough understanding of it/them.
Thanks for sharing the light!
