Relationship with workmate

In teaching in a school I have to have a good working relationship with other teachers, teaching assistants, dinner staff and cleaners. When I first started teaching I had to work with another teacher to improve my skills with computers. This was challenging as I often had no idea what he was talking about. I have worked with many different teaching assistants and each one has had her strengths. I had one that was very good with display and another one that was very good at helping with the school production. One teacher got on very badly with the head teacher. Luckily for that teacher the head teacher retired and another head teacher began working at the school.
