I got a star, finally. I can't believe I have posted 100 messages over here, and my earnings show $1.34. But what about these numbers inside the star? What do they mean? And who gives me those?

well..congrats on getting a 9 star with 92/100 reputation points..these ratings and rise up in star level is due to the positive or negative marking you are awarded for your discussion, responses and comments..mylotters who rate your discussion mark positive or negative and thus your reputation points increases or decreases as per the choosed markings..happy mylotting !

Congrats! you have crossed the 100 post mark ..well done ..and a 9 start wow!..The highest start you can get is a 10. so a 9 is great, shows you have been posting pretty good quality stuff, an d people have rated you positively. I still have quite a few post s to go before I reach that elusive 100 mark. The money is different according to length and quality of posts, so you shouldnt worry, what i wanted to know is do you get more for your posts depending on whether you have a star or what rank star you have?!

Thanks a lot, enigmatic!! You have a good question over there. I too would like to know the answer to that one. Do our earnings change according to the color and ranking of the stars? I do hope somebody over here, who has been around more than us, will answer that question.

It is just the representation of the degree of qualitative stuffs ytou post at this forum.I have such experience shared from my friend who has been a senior and also upline to me.The star ranking implies that and it is awarded to you only when you finish the hundred postings over here.I do enjoy the posting quite well. The money is perhaps a lot unpredictable at this forum.

I might have missed this while reading through the FAQs, rules and whatnot, but is one able to find out how much reputation they have earned courtesy of other member's ratings on your own posts? Or is having a star awarded to you the only way to know that you're doing a great job here at myLot in terms of adding value and quality to discussions?

Well, I am the wrong person to answer this, being a new person and having a lot to learn still. But I think the answer to your second question is 'yes', though I feel someone who has been around more will be able to answer you better.
