I do think that they should get something. They have lost alot of their life and need to be given something. I do not think that they could get enough to ever make up for what they have lost. It is such a sad situation. The state should be held liable for the wrong doing. If we do wrong, we have to pay, and in this case, don't have to do anything, and have to pay.

I think that she should be compensated, especially as her daughter is still alive. That is terrible! How can things like that happen? Grrrrr. I hope that she can get to know her daughter now and that they will have many years of happiness now that they have been reunited!

Our system is actually BETTER now than it was then. That's why there are so many of these cases happening. With DNA technology lots of people can be ruled out of cases. Yes I do think she should get a load of money - and I'm sure she will. Most of cases like this they are rewarded a nice big sum of money. I just hope she and her daughter can heal and have a great relationship. And be thankful that her name was cleared so that she might enjoy her daughters wedding and the births of her grandchildren :)

It is horrible when mistakes like this are made and hopefully they will make restitution to her to help get her life back on track. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

I agree with you they should pay her, and they more than likely will pay her. I imagine that she will sure. But is money enough? Convicted of murder so shes been in jail all these years. Is there a money amount that could even compare to that many years in jail? I wouldn;t think so./

I think they do get some kind of compensation, not sure how much. Anyway, they're so famous now, they'll make heaps of money with magazine/TV interview, book sales etc!
