Three patients' interesting story!

three patients was talking in ward,
thefirst one said, "our docotor here are so obsent-minded that he left a sponge inside me."
thesecond one said,"otherwise, he left his ring inside my belly"
the third one said," you tow bad luck, i am just ok."
After a while, the door was opened, the doctor came in and asked "say, has anyone seen my watch? "
