I think that it does not matter whether the discussion is old or without many responses so long as we respond to them and I don't think that it would influence our earnings at mylot. But to be frank with you, when I happen to see an old discussion, whose owner has not been active for many months, I would not choose to respond to it because I would not have the chance to get his or her further response to my response to the discussion and that is not what I like. I don't have a response to this, but if what the other mylotters are saying are true, then it is good to know that at least you will be earning. It would be better if the member is still active at least even if they are delayed or they may have been busy and away for a long time, then they will still send a response to what we shared in their discussions. Now, if the member is inactive and they can't send a reply to our comments, it would also be good to see how others reacted and responded to the post that they made. Happy posting to everyone!

Hi :) I respond to some that are like 9-12 months old,haha.I believe we still do get paid,its a discussion topic and we do respond to it,so we must get paid. Peanutjar:)

I reckon you'd get paid the same for responding to all discussions! my theory is that the longer your replies are the more money you get, however we cannot be sure as mylot haven't disclosed earning amounts to us! if my theory is right, though, that explains why i'm not earning much money!unlike talking in real life, im finding it hard to think of things at mylot because you have to stick to the discussions xP
