LOL I've never gotten a holiday greeting on a post-it but then Hubby's ex has only sent us hate mail thankfully. Wow!! This to me, does seem a little odd indeed. Not sure what I would think about it if it had been me either. I guess maybe she just thinks well, I sent the money, that is all that counts. Who cares if it is fancy or not? If it were me, I would just shrug the thought over my shoulder and not let it bother me, and just move on, and enjoy your new life with your grandson, etc. It never helps to wonder why people are like they are, because we can never change them.

I t doesn't matter if it was cheap or not, it was a nice gesture. She did not have to do anything for you or address you in any way but she did. Its the thought that counts and you were in hers. I would probably respond with a thank you.
