Why do most girls like jerks over nice guys?

Maybe because it's the jerks' who make the extra effort to be noticed. They want the attention and they get it by being a 'jerk' or perhaps by wanting to be noticed. We have a term here in the Philippines - KSP - it is 'kulang sa pansin' it means 'lack of attention' perhaps those jerks want more attention because they don't want to be ignored over the nice guys? Just a thought. (^_^)

its because ,jerking is the girls nature but it doesnt mean any thing in serious sometimes!!!! if u jerk u r a girl else an woman hahahaha!!

Sometimes the jerks are more exciting and young girls don't know any better. Or they fool the girl with niceness and presents then show their true colours when the girl has fallen in love. Some girls have low self esteem and think they deserve the abuse. And sometimes its a pattern - if their parents treated them this way - its normal to them. I've always dated nice guys - save my first - very nice except for Mr Hyde who made the relationship crowded. As in Dr Jekyl and Mr Hyde -the story of the brilliant doctor who drank a potion that gave him two personalities. I left him, not willing to take his jerkiness.
