I went to the office for the first time.

I spent my first four hours at the office on Monday. It was great to be back at work. I met a lot of the girls that work there. They all seem to be nice. I will be working with a girl by the name of Ann. She will be there on Monday's if I go in on those days. I will be only going in every so often.
I learned a lot and got a lot of the info I need to start writing the policy and procedure manual.
So far I have writen a few policies, four mission statements so Doc can pick the one he likes. I have almost gotten all of the material safety data sheets we need and I have been working on the values and vision statements.
It is good to have my brain working again and to be able to do it at home.
The best part is I get my first paycheck on Friday afternoon just in time for Christmas. How great is that.

It sounds like you're enjoying yourself at your new job and it must be a good feeling to not only be "productive" again, and get the brain cells working, but the nicest bonus will be getting that paycheck.. Glad to hear it (((hugs)))

Thanks for the hugs. I do love the that the brain cells are being dusted off. I find at times I do not know where to go next in my paper work.
I got up at 3AM yesterday because I could not sleep so I got to work. Then I stayed up late last night so I could call one of the gals I will be working closly with. She works nights and I needed some info from her. I am glad I can nap in the afternoon.

Thanks for the kind words. I did enjoy it. I have put in 22 hours in the last two weeks. I want to put in a few more this week so I can send in my time card.
Petie does not like all time I am spending on the computer but you cannot please him all the time.

Thanks for the kind words.
Yes a few dollars before christmas. I was worried about paying for christmas dinner. Now I do not have to worry.
I am finding out what supplies I need in my office. Once I finally get it all set up it will be nice.
