Constructive Criticism for website

First off, remove the distracting dropping envelopes....It looks quite bad and is extremely laggy....I know you want to do the dropping snow flakes on some sites, but somehow I think its not working very well... The design is very much plain...blue background, blue top bar and blue sidebar....its not attractive.....Are you using a template? Try one of the blogger template as they have better designs...You can customise them later if you want Also, too many videos at once....The maximum number you should have is 3 per post....and when you have too many, people don't even want to scroll down and look as they are a long stretch of video boxes... Don't just put the videos...Include a 50-word description for each and maybe like why you like or don't like te video.. Last but not least...Promote your blog.....be proud of what you have and promote it... That's all I can comment for now....I don't know if it helps or whether you like it, its my opinion to you...
