How do you rate a place?

I always give high marks to open places. Wherever I go, I like to stay close to nature, I cannot tolerate other buildings blocking my views up to the green horizon. What do you feel? I have seen people buying precious apartments with al four sides blocked. I feel suffocating there. I always need small yet four sides open places for long stay. What do you feel?

I too like to have an open view. Especially if I am on vacation. I like to see the view of the city or the ocean, wherever I am staying. I would rather walk up stairs than be blocked.

For me you know even if I need to climb up 7 floors, I do not mind. But I should get to enjoy a clear view of the surrounding. Some other building will block my view is not tolerable. Actually, lots of people feel staying in roadside flats is a threat to their security and privacy. I never feel so. Today what valuables, except a few electronic gadgets, do modern people keep at home? Then considering safety or security why do they spoil their contact with open nature?

i know just what you mean. for years we lived in an apartment complex where our bedroom windows opened onto the back side of another apartment complex so if your shades were up on either side you knew what others were doing and you felt so closed in. we moved here to El dorado gardens and we have a patio enclosed where we can raise plants and outside are large lawns greenall year with huge trees of all kinds and flowering bushes everywhere and also periannual flowers along the walks. you can hear birds singing and smell freshly mowed grass and it still does not cost much more than where we were before and we are still in town. if I want to go to the store it only costs me fifty cents to hop on the bus and in five minutes I am in Larwin Square with all its shops.
