Remote Control

Most of the times its hiding between the pillows of the sofa, where it cant be seen.But the place where i lost it once was in the drawer LOL.I had brought it with me from TV to find a warm shirt cause it was cold, and placed it on a shelf then forgot it.I searched all house and couldnt find it :)

It is usually lost in the sofa. But there was one event in our house about a lost remote control. The remote control end up in the freezer ..

Our remote has been lost a lot here lately. I think my son is the culprit LOL. It seems to keep getting stuck under the couch and I never look there until last for some reason.

I have the same problem..!! I usualy keep the remote beside the T.V...!! And remote always gets lost there only.... it some times gets slips under some papers..there ..!! or under the TV cover itself..! Or it get lost in the drawers beside the TV itself..! :)

I am not the biggest fan of tv so I rarely touch the remote. Hubby and kids however are a completely different story and sometimes I wonder if maybe they should surgically attach the remote to themselves :) IN our house we never know where the remote is because one person will usually change the channel and then keep the remote with them and then they forget all about it. We've found ours under the sofa, between the cushions on the sofa, in the kitchen, and even in the washroom once LOL

i always find it on the floor, but i usually have to look there 3-4 times before i find it it is funny now, needing a remote is not even about being too lazy to use the knobs on tv anymore...we can't even change channels without it because of our cable box

for me is under my bed, when im sleeping & it fall down im really mad when i cannot see the remote and the movie or series is already start, it make me sick

On top of or beside the tv is the most common obvious place but the most obvious place ever was when I set it on top of my computer monitor and then sat there frustrated when I couldn't find it. At my old house my computer and tv were right next to each other but my satellite box was on the bottom shelf so I'd use the remote from my computer chair to change channels instead of getting up and kneeling on the floor...especially when I was pregnant or had just gotten the baby to sleep or something. I ended up getting up and searching the whole room before finally giving up and changing it on the box. Then I sat back down at the computer and there it was!

Under the couch or when it's fallen inside the couch cushions. I can feel my blood pressure rising knowing I just had it 10 minutes ago, and when I need it to mute an annoying commercial or change the channel, I can't ever find it. Of course, that's the story of my life. Every time I need something, I can never, ever find it. Then when I quit needing it, there it is.
