An Open Letter To Santa!

Dear Santa Claus Sir, This is Grandpa Bob. I know you know me as you have left me at least one gift each year since I was a small tot. Now this photo shows the situation I am experiencing at the present time. I desperately need some new slippers this year. As you can easily check I am on your nice side of the list so I did earn these. Please give me a nice new pair of black or brown slippers to replace these please? They are so filled with holes. If you get me slippers I will not wear them outside again to shovel the snow, nor to get the mail or take out the garbage. I will take care of them and they will last longer than a couple months. Dear santa,
have you seen these slippers?
for god sake! give this man some release from ugly feet syndrome! this man has earned a new pair of slippers. ....whats that you say santa?.......he can buy his own bl0ody slippers seeing as he likes to buy himself a present?..........Santa! have a kind heart!

Well if your serious buy a pair of cheap slippers and take
them to a homeless shelter. They would appreciate that really.

Goodwill, Salvation Army, any Church etc.
I can't give these slippers away. HAHAHA!
Hell the garbage man refused them on pick up day.

lol You are too funny, Grandpa Bob. My slippers came in the mail today. Nice and warm hand-knitted slippers. My cold feet love them. I even wear them to bed if it's really cold. I never, however, wear them outside for the very reason why yours wear out quickly.

I'm an awfully busy person at this time of year. But cos I've always been nice to you, I'll respond to your message. Amazing how it stood out amongst all the kiddy mail. Must be your nice handwriting.
Are you sure you're on the nice side of my list though. I must go and check it twice, or thrice. just to make sure. Too many requests and no good having some pressies go to the naughty ones.
Let me see if the elves have any slippers that you want too. Otherwise, will a christmas tree do?

Dear Santa...Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee give Grandpa Bob his new slippers!! And maybe a pair of slip-on boots so he doesn't have to go out and shovel snow in his slippers! (Hahaha, I HAVE to laugh...I do the same thing, and my slippers look almost as bad. I think my kids get me new slippers every year lol)

If 'I' was Santa, I'd bring you 2 new pairs of slippers. You have been a very good boy so far this year. You need two pair. One for inside wear and one for outside wear. That is what I do, or mine would end up the same way. LOL

Hahahaha! I loved your letter, Grandpa Bob! I'm sure Santa and Mrs. Claus will give you your heart's desire for Christmas....but you have to promise not to shovel the snow wearing your new slippers--aren't you scared of frostbite? We (well, hubby and kids anyway) had to dig out the snow in the driveway before we could drive in on Sunday! The snowplow came by and left a three-foot pile right on the curb so we couldn't go in without getting stuck! What fun, wot?

Thanks. I only do that when it's fairly nice out. Sure my feet would get cold otherwise. HAHAHA! I hate the mounds left by plows. I just cleared the last of the mountain near the end of my drive and mailbox this morning actually. Yeah in my slippers too. HAHAHAHA!!

Dear Santa Claus
I'm asking this for a sweet friend of mine here at MyLot who would like to see some nice new slippers under that tree on Christmas. I've seen the pair that he wears and to be honest, Santa, they are atrocious. He's been a good boy all year long, and a caring son to his father and loving husband to his wife. He's had a lot of ups and downs this year and is surely deserving of those slippers.

Holy Crap! I never knew that Slippers could cost that much!

Grandpa Bob, this is Santa if I get you the slippers then I have to get all the other adults slippers.
Now I may supprise you this year with the new slippers if you really are sensere of not wearing them outside. I see all and her all so I know if you forget.
I see your friend Teapotmom needs slippers also. I have asked her daughter to buy her a new pair.

Dear Santa, I think you may have a case of alzheimers or just senile. You came to my house last night leaving me a couple gifts. One being a nice pair of the identical slippers. But thanks for your effort. Mrs. Clause, please take your husband to see a Dr as soon as possible plese. He is losing his mind. Stress from all this work one day of the year I think. HAHAHAHA!! I seriously hope Santa comes through for you hun. You desperately need a new pair of slippers! If I lived close to you I would give you a pair for being such a great friend, so in your honor I donated 3 dollars and whatever other change happened to be in my pocket to the Salvation Army. He was at Walmart ringing a bell, not dressed as Santa though! Merry Christmas Grandpa Bob!

Guess what I asked for slippers too. Mine were lost somehow on the move from Michigan to Pennsylvania. We have now moved to Ohio and I still have no slippers.Its cold in the winter and my toes really need the warm fuzzy slippers. Hopefully Santa is reading these posts and will grant our wish.I hope I'm on the nice list. I am sure I am at least on the trying hard to behave list.
