Take a sponge cake and cut it into four layers. Place one part in a baking bowl, cover it with peeled oranges. Place the second layer on it and cover it with nuts and rasins. The third layer is covered with peaches. Then the fourth layer. Take 2 eggs and beat them well with sugar and cream and a cup of milk. Make incisions in the cake layer and pour the egg batter on to it. Then arrange cut figs around the corner and bake it. It makes a yummy pudding.
