360 Degree Swing?

I was recently watching an episode of the Myth Busters, and did not get to finish watch it. I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of the 360 degree swing? Meaning, do you believe that you can swing high enough to completely swing around the swing set one full time? If not, what is the highest that you swung?
