favorite cookie

I love butter cookies and short bread cookies they are the best i tell you!

I love cookies with dried fruits and/or nuts...I love date pinwheel, raisin-filled, oatmeal raisin, oatmeal walnut chocolate chip. I love homemade cookies fresh from the oven...yummm...I'm drooling :p

I would say famous amos cookies which with the macadamia nut is my favorite cookies. But for the home made cookies, I have london almond, a cookies which I have roasted whole almond in a dough which coated with a chocolate from the out side. I love to make this cookie during the holidays and not only me love them, but the whole family. My nieces and nephews always asked me to make the cookies for them.

My favorite cookies changes from time to time. Right now my favorite is peanut butter cookies. I also really like oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip at other times. I do not care for milk, but I sometimes have a glass with a cookie. Not very ofter though.

I love "Pan di Stelle" (=stars bread), an italian cookie with chocolate, nuts, and stars of sugar on the surface. I could eat an entire package of it if I wasn't on diet :(. Ok, now you made me want a cookie. Damn diet :(
