Ok as many of you all know I had scope on my right knee may 2007. I went today for steriod shot and the doctor said I had fluid on my knee again and it may need scoped again. Now here is my question would you let them scope it a 2nd time or just leave it alone?

Your still going to therapy from the first time they did the scope aren't you? And your knee still pains you alot, You have to ask yourself is the fluid the problem that is still causeing you the pain and is it going to be worth going through all that again and even more therapy. I would try to get a second opinion if that was at all possible because sometimes someone new can give different insight and ways to deal with a problem that won't involve surgery or another scope. But if the fluid is the reason for the problems you are still having with your knee it might hurt like the devil to go through it all again but maybe it is needed.

Maybe they know this Doctor messed up your knee maybe and they don't want to get into the mess he left behind. It is a same though you can't get another doctor to see you. I swear some or alot of Kentucky doctors are quacks. You'd swear they get their degrees from their P.E./Health teachers as much as they know..Sorry to rant but it seems they never know what to do when something goes wrong. You'd have to go out of state to get a decent one.
