I don't believe they ever go away unless they've been deleted for some reason :)
The only way I know how to bring them back to the top is for someone to reply to one.

You're welcome!
I haven't been around much lately.

I have a couple of those myself. There is no way to get rid of them and there is no way to bring them back up to the top that I know of. I really wish I could get rid of mine because when I go to "my unresolved discussions" to rate best responses, they kinda get in the way.

Old discussions with no responses don't go away. The way I've found them, a year old or less, is to respond to a discussion that has no responses. At the bottom of the page will be discussions that were posted months ago or more. I do answer some of those much older discussions once in awhile and it will bring it back to the surface, so to speak.

Of course not, those discussions wont go away. Though there's no option or thing here in mylot which makes those "unanswered discussions" all the way to the top. Those discussions are available for members to still respond to at the "discussions with no responses" section.
Happy postings!

those unresponded discussions do not go away. they are stuck in the section of interest. if your discussion has other related discussions on the similar topics, they will emerge again on the same page if a member decides to respond to the related discussion. today, i have just responded to some discussions made a year ago.
