Do you have an internal clock? Does it get off track sometimes?

Just recently I started waking up around 3:30 AM every morning
which leaves me feeling droopy all day.
Sometimes during the day I will fall asleep for a few minutes but
can not stay asleep for any amount of quality time.
I think my internal clock has been messed up somehow because
I used to wake up at 6:15 AM every morning. This only gives me about
3 and a half hours of sleep because I don't go to bed until
12:00 or later. Do you have an internal clock? Does it get off track
ever once in a while?

Yeup. I have internal clock. Mine is set to go off at 4 am. I really wish it would get off track sometimes! LOL My whole family has been on vacation for 2 weeks and I am still getting up at 4 and everyone else is sleeping until 10!

Be thankful for the alone time...do something good for yourself
After all you deserve it! Being a full time mother and wife is a
lot of work. As a matter of fact a judge once told a man he couldn't
afford his wife... If he had to pay for her services and what she did for
the family. He went on to cite the cost of hiring someone for every thing she did.
Well that shut him up fast!
Enjoy your free time,Lord knows we don't get
much!

I really don't have an internal clock I can sleep most of the day away if I don't set an alarm. I just set my alarm that works better.

It do and it does, there are times or days that I get less sleep. In most situations, this happens when I have something to finish and that work has a deadline.
But after accomplishing that, I'd adjust myself then hope that I do get up in time and have normal sleeping hours..

Maybe it's because I know what has to be done and how little time I have to do it in...I wouldn't be a problem but I can't stay away from all these forums. Time that should be spent elsewhere is ending up being spent here.
I'm going to have to start allowing a certain amount of time for each online thing I need to do to get them all done.

I have done that too! Recently, I've had trouble going to sleep. We spent a week at my sister in law's house in New Mexico., and were an hour earlier there. I think it must have thrown my internal clock off! I don't want to go to bed, and then want to sleep later than what I should
