For this year I have a goal to lose some more weight. I've been cutting down on foods that I don't eat much anymore - foods with high sugar, saturated fat, fat, high sodium, fastfood, fried foods and the like.
So I'm sticking to the treadmill about 30-35 minutes a day fast walking about 3MPH average which helps me cut down 65 Fat Calories and going about 1.5 miles on it. I'm using a mixture of hip hop or trance music which gets me going.
I'm taking multi-vitamin pills daily as well to help me in the long run.
I'm drinking plenty of water and cutting down lots of soda and seldom I will drink diet soda.
Believe me for those that have goals to lose weight should try this method and believe me it will get you moving and going. It's much better than just sitting around the house and not doing anything.

Yes I do. But unlike most I own a manual treadmill. I prefer it. It stops when I do. HAd an accident on an electrical. That ended those for me. Right now doing about 15-20 minutes a day. Good luck with your goals. I too take a bunch of vitamins along with my multi. Extra calcium and C are in my routine.

We dont havee treadmill at home we just play badminton for our our exercise. Our company used the half part of our warehouse and converted it to two courts of badminton, since badminton is getting famous here we have the benefit of playing badminton for free. We have tuesdays and thursdays as game skeds and we are enjoying it.

Well I've been doing the same thing. Me and my family don't eat that much fastfood anyways. We eat it once in a blue moon. I'm cutting down on the cakes and sugars. The soda is a habit that is a little harder for me to kick but I'm getting there. When I run on my treadmill I usually do an hour to an hour and a half. I alternate between the incline and the speed because that is what causes your body to sweat more and build more muscle. So I would start at an incline of 1 and go up from there and the speed also. When I use the treadmill I burn up to 250 calories. So I'm basically doing the same thing your doing. Except before I start running I stretch and then do some ab workouts and then after that is when I run on the treadmill. Happy New Years and hopefully both of us will be able to achieve our goals.
