Anyone else anxious to recieve their taxes? I cannot hardly wait. Most of mine are going towards eliminating debt but still. Has anyone heard something about refunds being delayed this year?

I haven't heard anything about refunds yet. Between forms not being ready yet and waiting on W2s we can't file yet. I am hoping to get a good refund again this year. We are going to spend some of the money but most of it is going towards getting rid of debt. Which is fine by me b/c I am trying to talk hubby into getting a single condo or house mid-summer.

We cant file yet either. I was just getting anxious because part of it should pay off my car which eliminates that payment and some stupid credit card bills. I hope to get a pretty nice return also this year and just in time for the new baby.

There is a delay. But only by like a week. Which isn;t too bad it could be worse.

I thought it was suppose to be a little worse than that but haven't done any more research on it. I hope it isn't delayed bad. Taxes are going to have perfect timing with when I am going to be needing to get ready for maternity leave. I am due in April so if they are delayed and I stop working late March timing should be pretty good.

I also heard something about them getting delayed. I can't wait to fill mine out either. I should probably pay off some debt too, but who wants to do that? Hahaha not me.

I dont want to pay off debt with it but it is going to free up so much money for us. Once my car is paid off then that will be an extra two hundred a month and the credit cards are more than that. Plus, we are looking at buying a house soon. Hopefully, once we eliminate our debt we can do that.
