This discussion goes with my other Knick Knack one. I asked about your favorite Knick Knack you have. Well this is mine. I bought it for my wife as an Anniversary gift many mnay years ago. It's 24K gold plated with 5 Austrian Crystals on it as well. It sits on a round mirror also. It is made in the USA as well. It's been on this shelf for at least 15 years that I can recall. I forget how long ago I bought it for Debbie. It is about half the size of a normal mans hand also. very small. Detailed keys also. I love this Piano. I love when the sun shine ins with it's rays sending off a great prism of color from the crystals as well. So do you like this? Do you also have any type of crystal that gives off that great rainbow prism when the sun shines down upon it? My front door has a Crystal beaded window that does this as well. Some times the prism shines in my eyes & I have to cover the window as the light can be blinding.

That piano looks and sounds like an awesome piece. Until now I haven't really had a favorite knick knack but I have recently acquired a beautiful ceramic cross that belonged to my mother and I think it's the prettiest thing I own.

ct your cross sounds beautiful I have a pair of praying hands, ceramic also, that my grandmother gave me years ago. I think she got them at a yard sale or something and just didn't know what to do with them so gave them to me - at the time the only importance they held were she gave them to me but now they are very special to me.

I love this piano, it's beautiful. I honestly don't think I could pick a favorite knick knack if I had to. I collect bells and at last count had over 300 of them. Most are packed away since the move as I don't have anyplace to display them all but have a curio cabnet my grandmother gave me before she passed away and I rotate 12 or so bells in that along with a few other knick knacks.

I have a female friend that also collects bells of all kind and sizes as well. Hee hee hee!!! Have someone make a shelving unit designed just for the bells maybe?

Hi Bob I am amazed this discussion hasn't gotten more response - sometimes it's just timing, somehow it buried quickly.
I actually had a shelving unit at my old house (one I owned for over 20 years) we built shelves along the ceiling the entire length of the living room - it was great but even that was over grown or 'outgrown' I should say. Someday I'll have another but for the time being at least I save a lot of time on dusting :) That was an all day job so only got done a few times a year.
