Selling On Ebay

I'm going to show my ignorance here once more but, oh, well! I have a bunch of Juvio computer training CDs that I thought I'd put up for sale on Ebay. I thought this would be a good time since lots of people no doubt got computers and computer related things for Christmas and may be on the market to learn how to use it. Anyway, these CDs retail for between $44.95 and $49.95 and I'm looking to sell them for a fraction of that but I'm not sure how to list them. Do I have to - or would you recommend me to - list each one individually or just put something generic and ask for any potential buyers to contact me? I'd appreciate any help since I'm a total Ebay newbie! Annie

I think maybe one thing you could consider first, is to do a check on ebay itself if there is something similar being offered by someone else to see what they are selling training Cds for and if they sell them individually or as as a "package" In fact here's an ebay link of various Computer training CDs listed.. http://search.ebay.com/computer-training_W0QQ_trksidZm37QQdfspZ1QQfromZR40QQfsprZ0QQssPageNameZRC0022?_trksid=p1638.m120

Hi anniepa. Sign on to ebay and go to completed items. Search there for items similar to items you wish to sell and see what these items that have been sold have sold for. Also, when you liust your items, be sure to list a nice close up picture. People will normally not pay much for items they can not look i well in a picture. Also, go to powersellers.com and on the lefty side go down and see the auction sites you might consider in selling your items. albert

If you are like me, all that stuff is too complicated. I eventually want to learn to do all of that, but there are some things that I want to sell now. That is a chain of stores in my area, I am not sure about yours, called, "I Sold It On Ebay." You take the item down there and they tell you approximately what it is worth. They take a picture of it and stock it. Then they give you a receipt and tell you how you can watch the auction on Ebay. After it sells, they take a percentage and then mail you a check. It is that simple. However, I have not yet done this. They explain everything you need to know on their website. http://www.Isolditonebay.com.

Be sure to look up what you're going to sell on ebay and see how it is selling there, look at completed listings too. I would list them individually unless they are really selling cheap. I always use the gallery and try to take a good picture. I also start the bid as low as I can stand to get bidding started, it seems people tend to bid more on things that already have a bid. You can check my feedback there, I'm eagle200250 on ebay. I don't have any listings there right now, but just ended some and done pretty good with them. Try to keep shipping low too, but not so low you'll lose money. It's ok to make a little on it. I always check and compare to what others are charging.
