Does Dynamic IP affects our PTC account

I'm wondering for few days now if Dynamic IP affects our PTC account. I'm planning to upgrade to Static IP address, What do you think? I heard that Adsense prohibit the use of dynamic IP addresses. So I think its just the same as the PTC programs.

Hi Oliverdt, I hope not because i am also using dynamic ip address. but im not sure about it.
