Its a Trojan

A few days ago I posted a discussion about having problems with my computer. Well, many of you suggested a few software to download to scan to help remove the problem. I did download sypbot and it did find a couple of cookies and that terrible trojan Virtumonde. Of course I selected "fix the problem" but apparently it is not fixed. I hear that it is very hard to get rid of the Virtumonde trojan. Could any please help me again, I really want to get rid of this. Any suggestions? Did anyone have this trojan on there system? And once I get rid of it (hopefully), how do I keep it off?
