Do You Have Crohn's Disease?

Do you suffer from Chrohn's? How severe are your symptoms and what are they? How do you handle them? Do you take any medications? Have you altered your diet to alleviate your symptoms? How long have you suffered from Crohn's/when were you diagnosed?
Were you ever misdiagnosed with another condition before finding out it was Crohn's?
Does anyone in your family suffer from colon problems?
