Overwhelmed

Lately I have been feeling overwhelmed because I joined a few PTC and PTR sites along with myLot. Today I joined another place that is suppose to be for referral links and this and that. I'm just getting overwhelmed with all these programs that I have to check in on every day but at the same time I want to make some money, not that get rick crap either. I know it takes time to get referrals and blogs and friends but is there any advice that anyone can help me with? Like speeding up the process of how many hours I am currently spending on all these sites? I've even started multi tasking 3 or 4 places at once. I also don't want to un-enroll in any of these places because I have checked the scam site lists and everything as well. I check on those daily because I am so leary of the internet.
