does anyone know the details of the power companies in the state of Florida buying power back from you if you create more than you use with solar panels on your house. How does this work? I am thinking of having them installed on my house, but I know nothing about them. Help me out guys and gals?

Each company in Fl. has their own rules about this so you will have to get in touch with the company in your area, to find out the regulations. You would have to put in an aweful lot of panels to make enough power to have any excess to sell back to the power company. You better check the deed restrictions on how many solar panels you can have too, if you live in a residential area. Believe it or not there are a lot of restrictions pertaining to these. My Dad got into all kinds of trouble when he just put one up to heat the water for the hot water heater in the house, because they were not allowed in his neighborhood at all. Shalom~Adoniah
