Beng diplomatic and saying"You are wrong." - How?

There are so many things happening wrongly.
How does one tell a person that he is wrong but in a very diplomatic way.
Can somebody please give me TIPS or PHRASES or WORDS to be used to tell somebody diplomatically that he/she is wrong.
Pleeease (this will be highly appreciated):-)

BE frank and tell what is to be told directly.That is when the other party realises their mistakes

But I have learnt that diplomacy is the name of the game.
So am trying be diplomatic (learning)...

u can start with... i think we have different points of view...wanna listen to mine? or u can say: i think it's better this way..or i don't agree with u on this cause......but all the time u have to have solid aguments.. if not... will sound bad nomatter how u put it

"I think we have different points of view" sounds a good one.
Yes I do have solid arguments.
Its just that I want to put it in such a way that generates response and don't want to sound rude.
