Do you take responsibility for your actions?

I am the kind of person who take responsibility for my actions. If I fail or do something wrong, I do not pass the hat to other people. I have met a lot of people who point fingers when they did something wrong or when they fail. I just don't think that such action is right. How about you myLotters? Do you take responsibility for your actions?

Certainly, since it is my own decision to do such things as that. but I always try to avoid making mistakes, since I make sure that I've put more thoughts about it before deciding to take the action.
Besides, it is me who'll get all the blame and fingers will surely point towards me..
