Have you ever tried spanx?

I keep reading about spanx in the celeb gossip mags that I am addicted to. I know that Beyonce wears them. I just read an article on Tina Fey wearing them. Has anyone real ever worn them? I have went so far to look them up on ebay. There was a cheaper style at Target made by the same woman who makes spanx, but I am unsure of what size I need and all that. I don't think the ones at Target are as good as the real spanx. I am considering trying them. I am worried about them showing though. What I mean is, I wear low cut jeans. If I am wearing spanx underwear that go up higher, they will show. If I wear the shorty ones, then they don't hold in your stomach. I get down and roll in the floor at work. We fight, I mean. Someone would definitely see them. What do you all think? Would you try them or not?
